THIN - 0.75"
The canvas will be wrapped around .75" thick stretcher bars. This is the best option if you are planning to custom frame the canvas or if you want hanging art closer to the wall.
THICK - 1.5"
The canvas will be wrapped around 1.5" thick stretcher bars. This is the usually the best option if you will be hanging the canvas without a frame.
Canvas Wrap Mounted in Floating Black Frame:
Want to add the PERFECT class to your Canvas Wrap? Don't just frame your canvas. Let us mount it for you inside of a high quality designer metal black frame. You will love the way it looks. Quick note: the image shown here may be slightly different than what you get since the canvas size you choose will change the look a bit.
Dustcover Backing (optional)
When you choose the "backing" option, the back of your canvas will be covered by a white dust cover with a nice waxy finish.
Hanging hardware is also included with this option.
How your canvas is made:
Traditional Canvas Wraps are the classic style of gallery wrap canvases.
Every Dan Pearce artwork canvas is printed after you order it using archival inks onto artist grade canvas that is hand-stretched around real hardwood frames. The canvas can be finished with a dust cover or left with an open back. Each canvas arrives with hanging hardware already attached so that it's ready to hang right out of the box.
Are Your Canvases Giclée Quality?
Yes! All of my canvases are printed on artist's grade poly-cotton blend fabrics, using archival inks. Our inkjet printers ensure your prints will be faithfully rendered in full-color.
All of mu canvases do have a UVB protectant to protect against fading, moisture, and abrasion.
Where Can I Hang My Canvas?
My Canvas Wraps are recommended for indoor, climate controlled environments.
They can be displayed in bathrooms, sun rooms, or near windows without concerns of fading due to the UV protective coating.
I do not recommend hanging Canvas Wraps outdoors or where there may be any exposure to the elements.
